FAQs

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD)is a component of the cannabis plant which has non-intoxicating properties. Studies have shown that CBD contains anti-inflammatory qualities, on top of other various health benefits.

What are the Benefits of CBD?

Due to FDA regulations, and the fact that we’re not doctors, we cannot make medical claims. The products sold from this website are considered nutritional supplements or personal care products, according to FDA guidelines.

We encourage you to discuss the benefits of hemp oil with your physician or healthcare practitioner.

Which CBD product should I choose?

One of the great properties of CBD is that it can be taken in a variety of different ways. From tinctures to edibles, vapes to gummies, there are many options. This can make deciding what to try much more difficult than it needs to be. To help along the process, we have made a comprehensive CBD Oil Buyer’s Guide to help you find the right product for you.

What are Cannabinoids?

Cannabinoids are naturally found in the industrial hemp plant which both promotes and supports nutritional health. Cannabinoids interact with our Endocannabinoid System, which consists of a series of receptors located in the brain, central nervous system, and many other areas. The ECS helps promote/regulate various important biological processes. Our bodies produce some cannabinoids (like anandamide) on their own.

Will Hemp Help Me with My [insert illness here]?

CBD is a cannabinoid that works within your endocannabinoid system, which controls bodily functions such as mood, appetite, pain and memory.

Even with this being said, we aren’t doctors (as is stated in our disclaimer), so we can’t definitively say that this is your “miracle pill” by any means. However, we can state that CBD has been proven to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether it for post-workout recovery, supporting a calm demeanor, inflammation, and even anxiety, CBD does help.

We advise in consulting your doctor before using any of our products.

What’s the Difference Between Hemp and Marijuana?

Hemp is rich in non-intoxicating Phyto-cannabinoids. Marijuana is just the opposite; its top cannabinoid causes a “high.” Strains of industrial hemp are grown legally in dozens of countries worldwide and some US states. Hemp is sold in all US states.

Will CBD Oil Make Me Fail a Drug Test?

Most drug tests in the workplace search for the intoxicating compound THC, not Cannabidiol (CBD) or other compounds found naturally in hemp.

With that being said, our CBD products have at most 0.3% THC content in them, making it extremely unlikely for it to result in a failed drug test. It can also depend on the kind of drug test that is administered, as some are more thorough than others.

If you are looking for THC-free products, we recommend looking into the Alternate Vape e-liquid, giving you all of the benefits of CBD oil without any chance of failing a drug test.
